All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. But there must be a valid reason if there is a problem with our service, we will change it or you will be refunded.

After receiving your return and inspecting your service status, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Depending on your payment method company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your payment statement. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
